EuCI was looking for a system that could efficiently and seamlessly manage audit processes. Having used Zoho CRM for audit scheduling for years, it did not want to change systems or duplicate tasks in new software.

Integration with Zoho CRM: thanks to the developed APIs, it is possible to create, modify, and delete subjects, users, auditors, and audits directly from Zoho CRM. This eliminates the need to duplicate operations and ensures smooth, centralized management.
Audit Data Import: auditors can import responses, observations, and attachments from previous audits, significantly speeding up the completion of new audits.
Custom Observation Management: observations are automatically managed by the system based on their categorization. Some observations are closed at the end of the audit, others are carried over to the next audit, and others generate additional audits for immediate checks.
Dynamic Checklist: the structure of audits varies based on sector, regulations, and the consultancy phase. The dynamic checklist perfectly adapts to these variables, displaying only the relevant questions and categories for each specific audit.
