  • Centralizing audit management according to the logic of a single integrated system.
  • Facilitating the implementation and recording of findings.
  • Monitoring the progress of findings management.
  • Managing different types of findings and audits with customized workflows, structured according to ISO 9001, 22000, 17025, 45001, and 14001 requirements.
  • Offering an easy-to-use platform, allowing users to configure checklists and audits independently, input findings, and manage findings identified during audits.
  • Automating the scheduling of recurring audits to ensure that all control activities are performed promptly and on time.
  • Receiving personalized support to optimize internal processes, ensuring perfect adherence to company procedures.

The Solution

To address the management and compliance challenges, Padania Acque adopted Audit Manager, leveraging two key components:

  • Backend: The web platform allows administrators to configure the system, schedule audits on the calendar, and analyze collected data. In addition to managing audits and non-conformities, users can input findings directly from the portal, making operations more efficient for everyone.
  • Mobile App: Compatible with Android, Windows, and iOS, the mobile app allows users to complete checklists, upload attachments, and manage findings and non-conformities directly in the field. This intuitive tool ensures immediate access and smoother operational management, supporting personnel wherever they are.

Customizations

Inspection Report Entry Forms: We have developed specific forms for managing findings via the web portal, simplifying the entry process for all users, including those with limited permissions (“light users”).
