Why do companies need to use business intelligence? Where should we start? Interpreting data and information correctly leads to the identification and verification of business objectives, with the potential for a high success rate in terms of achieving these objectives. One of the main reasons for companies’ mistakes and, in some cases, failures, is setting objectives that are not specific, measurable, achievable, realistic or clearly identified. The workshop aims to show how an efficient process can be built today: in order to identify achievable goals, it is important to understand the importance of data. An incredible amount of data is collected and is still waiting to be collected today. But how is this done? What path must the data follow in order to be collected, saved and then read? How can we collect our data in the properly, going on to transform it into information that can be used to identify and achieve our goals? What is the “healthiest” life our data can follow so that it is truly useful?
