Thanks to the Audit Manager app – compatible with iOS, Android and Windows – audits, checks, tests and inspections can be managed quickly and in an organised fashion while on the move and from any device, completing checklists and recording and submitting evidence and findings for the preparation of the report.

The app also works offline and the next time a network connection becomes available the system syncs with the web portal.

What will you be able to do with the Audit Manager app?

Audit consultation and checklist compilation

Consult the audit schedule directly from your mobile device and complete checklists by adding supporting media files to each question or survey.

You will also be able to view information and statistics for each audit, meaning that you can keep an eye on the progress of the audits and non-conformities (e.g. number of questions completed / to be completed or with positive / negative / not applicable results, number of non-conformities or findings collected).

Collection of evidence, findings and non-conformities

Collect evidence and field surveys by assigning values, resolution dates and the people responsible. You can also record non-conformities on maps, floor plans and drawings.

Uploading attachments

Attach documents, videos, photos, textual notes and voice notes to each question, finding or non-conformity, highlighting the critical points immediately.

Signature collection

Collect signatures from those involved – both internal and external (e.g. suppliers or contractors) – and from the auditors themselves directly on tablets/smartphones/notebooks.

Classification and management of non-conformities

Rank the severity of detected non-conformities, give each one a score, priority level and resolution date, and assign them to the people responsible.
